I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of clause 1 of Schedule 3 to the University of Technology, Sydney, Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, extend until 30 November 1990 the period within which the Council of the University of Technology, Sydney, as constituted under that clause, may exercise its functions under that clause.
