This statute may be cited as the University of Southern Queensland (Statutes Repeal) Statute 1998 . ˙ Commencement 2. This statute commences immediately before the commencement of the University of Southern Queensland Act 1998 , section 66. ˙ Repeals 3. The following instruments are repealed— (a) the instrument made under the repealed Education Act 1964 as a by-law and published in the gazette on 9 May 1987 at pages 420 and 421; (b) the statutes stated in the schedule.
