s1 2 s3 University of Southern Queensland (Honorary No. 124, 1994 Awards) Statute ˙ Short title 1. This statute may be cited as the University of Southern Queensland (Honorary Awards) Statute 1994 . ˙ Honorary awards 2.(1) The Council may grant an honorary award to a person who, in the opinion of the Council, has given distinguished service to the University of Southern Queensland, to scholarship or to the community. (2) A decision to grant an honorary award must be made by resolution of the Council. ˙ Repeal 3. Statute 15—Degree for Service, gazetted on 28 April 1990 at page 2606, is repealed.
