An Act to Repeal Sections Twenty-five and Thirty-one of “The University of Queensland Acts Amendment Act of 1957.” [A ssented to 17 th D ecember , 1957.] E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, B by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:— Short title. 1. (1.) This Act may be cited as “ The University of Queensland Acts Amendment Act of 1957 (No. 2).” Interpreta­ tion. (2.) This Act shall be read as one with *“ The University of Queensland Acts Amendment Act of 1957.” Collective title. (3.) f“ The University of Queensland Act of 1909,” as heretofore amended, *“ The University of Queensland Acts Amendment Act of 1957,” and this Act may be collectively cited as “ The University of Queensland Acts, 1909 to 1957.” Repeal of s. 25 of 6 Eliz. n. No. 8. Repeal of s. 31 of 6 Eliz. n. No. 8. Effect of repeal of ss. 25 and 31 of 6 Eliz. n. No. 8. 2. Section twenty-five of *“ The University of Queensland Acts Amendment Act of 1957,” is repealed. 3. Section thirty-one of *“ The University of Queensland Acts Amendment Act of 1957,” is repealed. 4. For the purposes of the proclamation, pursuant to section two of *“ The University of Queensland Acts Amendment Act of 1957,” of the date whereon that Act shall come into force sections twenty-five and thirty-one thereof shall be deemed never to have been enacted. * 6 Eliz. 2 No. 8. t 9 E. 7 No. 7.
