Under section 2 of the University of Notre Dame Australia Act 1989, I, the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby fix the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which the University of Notre Dame Australia Act 1989 shall come into operation.
