Sponsorship) Regulations

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the University of Canberra Act 1989.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the University of

Canberra (Cessation of Sponsorship) Regulations.

Interpretation

2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention

appears:

"the Act" means the University of Canberra Act 1989.

Repeal of section 5 of the Act (Sponsorship of Monash

University)

3. Section 5 of the Act is repealed.
