I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the University Legislation (Amendment) Act 1994, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 11 November 1994 as the day on which the following amendments relating to the University of Wollongong Act 1989 in Schedule 1 to the University Legislation (Amendment) Act 1994 commence:

• items (3) and (4)

• so much of item (5) as inserts clause 10 of Schedule 3 to the University of Wollongong Act 1989

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this proclamation is to commence the amendments to the University of Wollongong Act 1989 made by the University Legislation (Amendment) Act 1994 relating to the by-laws and rules of the University of Wollongong.
