I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the University Legislation (Amendment) Act 1994, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 9 September 1994 as the day on which the following provisions of Schedule I to that Act commence:

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the provisions of the University Legislation (Amendment) Act 1994 relating to the removal of particular restrictions concerning the leasing of property of certain universities.
