UNIVERSITY (BUILDING) ACT.

Act No. 12, 1919.

An Act to appropriate and apply out of the Con- solidated Revenue Fund certain sums for the Senate of the University of Sydney; and for purposes consequent thereon or incidental thereto. [Assented to, 2(>th November, 1919.]

1 . This Act may he cited as the " University (Build- ing) Act, 1919."

by and vrith tlic advice aaid consent of the Legis- lative ( 'oimeil and Legislative Assenihly of Xuw South Wales in Pa r l i ament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

2 . There shall be paid out of the Consolidated llcvenue Ihmd annually during' the financial year com- mencing the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred -

and twenty, and during each of the five next following! expended in the erection of buildings for or in connec- tion with the said University.

Each such annual amount is hereby specially appro- priated, and shall in each of the said years be paid in such instalments and at such times as the Colonial Treasurer may think lit.

in this section "financial y e a r " means the period from the first day of July in one year to the thirtieth day of June in the following year.
