T )E it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, -1-̂ by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows

Short	1, (1) This Act may be cited as the “ University and
citation.

(2) The University and University Colleges Act, 1900, as amended by subsequent Acts and by this Act, may be cited as the University and University Colleges Act, 1900-1952.

1951, is amended by inserting at the end of section	og'igoô **’
the following new subsection:—

(5) After the commencement of the University (Public

and University Colleges (Amendment) Act, 1952, and until a day to be appointed by the Governor and notified by proclamation published in the Gazette, it shall not be necessary for the Senate to allot public exhibitions pursuant to this section.
