PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1911.
Amendment to Universal Training Regulation 66.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth
of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby
certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the

REGULATIONS (PROVISIONAL) FOR UNIVERSAL TRAINING—PART IV.—JUNIOR CADETS.
Amendment.
At the end of Regulation 66 add—
“Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing Regulation, Junior Cadets who have attained a certain standard of efficiency, details of which are contained in Appendices 4 to 9, Universal Training Regulations, Part IV., Junior Cadets, in—
(
a ) Physical training,(
b ) Marching drill,and one of the following subjects—
(
c )Miniature rifle shooting,(
d ) Swimming,(
e )Running exercise in organized games,(
f ) First aid,may be certified as efficient, provided that this Regulation shall only apply for the year 1911-12.”
