PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1912.

Amendment to Universal Training Regulation 7.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1912 should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

Part II.Registration.

Regulation 7—

For " Defence Act 1903-1910 " read " Defence Act 1903-1912."

Delete " Year of birth " and insert " Date of birth " after " Date of birth " insert " Place of birth..."

Delete " Postal address " wherever it occurs and insert " Postal address or place of abode."
