PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1912.

Amendment to Universal Training Regulation 74.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that on account of urgency the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1912 should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

REGULATIONS (PROVISIONAL) FOR UNIVERSAL TRAINING.

Part IV.—Junior Cadets.

Amendments.

Regulation 74, sub-paragraph (b)—

Paragraph “8” is re-numbered to read “6.”

Regulation 74, sub-paragraph (f)—

After word “Cadet” delete comma and substitute a full stop, and delete the words “except as provided in sub-paragraph (b) 6.”
