Amendment to Universal Training Regulations 117, 171, and 176.

advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, onaccount of

REGULATIONS (PROVISIONAL) FOR UNIVERSAL TRAINING.
Part V.—Citizen Forces.
Regulation 117—
After the words “Under sub-sections (4), (5), (7), (8), and (9)”
delete the words “Any member of the Permanent Military Forces or any Area Officer”, andsubstitute —“The Officer Commanding or Adjutant, or any member of the Permanent Military Forces, or any Area Officer.”
Regulation 171—
At end of Regulation
insert —“The wearing of Military uniform except when on duty or when otherwise specially authorized, is prohibited.”
Regulation 176—
Delete the following—“Additional articles of clothing may be issued to members of Citizen Forces, on payment, and the amounts so paid shall be credited to Defence Revenue.”
