PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1915.

Regulations for Universal Training.—Part III.—Senior Cadets.—Regulation 33a.—Amendment.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1915 should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

REGULATIONS (PROVISIONAL) FOR UNIVERSAL TRAINING.

Part III.—Senior Cadets.

Amendments.

Regulation 33a.—Paragraph (5) is cancelled and the following substituted therefor:—

“(5) Officers of Senior Cadets permitted to continue their service as above are eligible to compete at any examination for appointment to the rank of Lieutenant in the Citizen Forces.”
