PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1910.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1910 should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

Dated this 26th day of May, One thousand nine hundred and eleven.

Regulations for Universal Training.

Part III.—Senior Cadets.—Amendment to Regulation 36, Notification of Appointments, &c., of Officers.

Regulation 36 be cancelled, and following substituted:—

“Regulation 36. All appointments, promotions, transfers to and from Unattached List and from one Military District to another, retirements, removals, and acceptance of resignations of officers in the Senior Cadets, will be notified by publication in the Commonwealth Gazette.
