PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903–1911.

Regulations (Provisional) for Universal Training—Part III.—Senior Cadets.—Regulation 30—Amendment.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the adviceof the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, onaccount of urgency, the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1911 should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

Dated this Eighth day of May, One thousand nine hundred and twelve.

REGULATIONS (PROVISIONAL) FOR UNIVERSAL TRAINING —PART III.—SENIOR CADETS.

Amendment to Regulation 30—

Delete the words “Any Area Officer or other Officer appointed by the District Commandant,” and substitute “The Commanding Officer or Adjutant.”
