Regulations for Universal Training, Part III., Senior Cadets,
Regulation 57.—Paragraph (1) is
(1) An allowance (subject to provision being made by Parliament) may be paid to officers within the authorized establishments to make good the expenses necessary in the provision of rank badges, drill books, accoutrements, and all other incidental expenses—
