REGULATIONS FOR UNIVERSAL TRAINING—PARTS I., II., AND III.
Amendments.
Regulation 2 (
“Area Officers not holding commissions on appointment may be recommended for the rank of Lieutenant on the Unattached List, subject to the regulations governing such appointments,”
is
“Area Officers not holding commissions on appointment may be recommended for temporary rank on the Unattached List, and may held such temporary rank during the period of their temporary appointments as Area Officers.”
After
Regulation 30a,
“30b. Where a Senior Cadet has been committed by a Court to the custody of the officer commanding a place of detention, the Court may empower a member of the Permanent Forces to take the Cadet into custody for the purpose of conducting him to the place of detention to which he has been committed.
Regulation 49 (2) which reads:—
“The following shall be the articles and the scale of issue of uniform to Senior Cadets;—

|
Subsequent issues of any article will only be made when the first issue of such article has been outgrown or has become unserviceable through fair wear and tear, but not more than two articles of a sort are to be issued during the trainee’s service as a Senior Cadet. Issues of uniforms found unnecessary as above will only be made at intervals of six months,
i.e. , on 1st January and 1st July of each year.”
