I, RICHARD KENNETH ROBERT ALSTON, Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, make the following Determination under subsection 9G(1) of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.

This Determination is the Universal Service Areas Determination
(No. 1) 2001 (Amendment No. 1 of 2001).2 Commencement

Variation
The Universal Service Areas Determination (No. 1) 2001 made by the Minister on 11 April 2001 and notified in the Gazette on
26 April 2001 is varied as set out in Schedule 1 to this Determination.
