Application for approval of the Juniper Community Support Worker Enterprise Agreement 2015.

[1] The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 27 April 2015 [[2015] FWCA 2877] is corrected as follows:

1. By inserting a new paragraph [3] as follows:

[3] The Australian Nursing Federation and United Voice, being the bargaining representatives for the Agreement, have given notice under s.183 of the Act that they want the Agreement to cover them. In accordance with s.201(2) and based on the statutory declarations provided by the organisations, I note that the Agreement covers the organisations.


2. By renumbering paragraph [3] as paragraph [4].
