Application to deal with other contraventions dispute.
[1] This matter was listed for conference at 10.00 a.m. on 5 June 2014.
[2] The respondent did attend the conference.
[3] The applicant did not attend the conference.
[4] I discussed the situation with the respondent. The conference concluded at 10.19 a.m.
[5] At 10.35 a.m. the applicant emailed my chambers apparently indicating they were waiting for the Commission to join the conference.
[6] The records for the unique telephone conference specified on the Notice of Listing sent on 27 May 2014, 1800 692 663/PIN 42182369, confirm only the respondent and then the Commission connected to the conference.
[7] An earlier conference on 18 February 2014 was cancelled at the applicant’s request.
[8] In the circumstances it is my decision that this application is now dismissed for want of prosecution.
