Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1] On 31 January 2014 United Voice (the organisation) lodged with the Fair Work Commission (the Commission) the prescribed information in relation to the conduct of an election.

[2]         On 11 February 2014 United Voice subsequently lodged amended prescribed

information which corrected some errors identified by the organisation.

[3]         On 17 February 2014 the Commission wrote to the organisation to seek further

prescribed information, in order to calculate the number of certain officers required to be
elected in accordance with the rules of the organisation.

[4]         On 18 February 2014 United Voice lodged further amended prescribed information

which included the requested information, for the Branch offices set out in Attachment A.

[5]        I am satisfied that an election for the offices set out in Attachment A is required to be

held under the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work

(Registered Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the

election by the Australian Electoral Commission.
