An Act to make
further modifications of the Compensation
(Commonwealth Employees) Act 1971–1972
for the purposes of the United States
Naval Communication Station (Civilian
Employees) Act 1971 in
consequence of the enactment of the Compensation
(Commonwealth Employees) Act 1972.

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent
Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of
Australia, as follows:—
Short
title and citation.
1.—(1.) This Act may be cited as the United States Naval Communication Station (Civilian Employees) Act 1972.
(2.) The United
States Naval Communication Station (Civilian
Employees) Act 1971, as amended
by this Act, may be cited as the United
States Naval Communication Station (Civilian
Employees) Act 1971–1972.
Commencement.
2.This
Act shall come into operation on the date of commencement of the Compensation (Commonwealth Employees) Act 1972.
Schedule.
3.—(1.) The Schedule to the United States Naval Communication Station (Civilian Employees) Act 1971
is amended by inserting after the words—
“Section
5(1.)...........................................
