Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 6 November 2014 the United Firefighters' Union of Australia-Queensland Branch

lodged with the Fair Work Commission the prescribed information in relation to an election

for the following offices:

Branch President
Branch Vice-Presidents (2)
Branch Secretary
Branch Assistant Secretary
Branch Executive Members (3)

Branch Committee of Management - Officer Delegates (number to be determined in accordance with the rules) and Branch Committee of Management - Firefighter Delegates (number to be determined in accordance with the rules) from the following regions:

Far Northern
Northern
Central
South Western
North Coast
Brisbane

South Eastern

Branch Committee of Management – Senior Officer Delegate (number to be determined in accordance with the rules)

Branch Committee of Management – Auxiliary Firefighter Delegates (2) as follows:

Auxiliary Firefighter Delegate – North (1) Auxiliary Firefighter Delegate – South (1)

[2]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
