of the street knoAvn as Union-street in the City of Goulburn should he stopped as a puhlie highway and that the right of Avay thereover hitherto enjoyed by the puhlie should he extinguished in order that Her Majesty may he enabled to resume tlie land forming portion of such street as aforesaid absolutely free and clear of such right of way Be it therefore enacted by the Q,uc(m’s Most Excellent Majesty by and Avith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows :—

1. I t shall be lawful for the Surveyor General to cause to be

enclosed SO much 01 that portion oi land knoAvii as Union-street in paA of Union-street the City of Goulburn as is described in the Seliedule hereto And Rxiinguiahmeni of from and after such enclosure all rights of AA ay over the said land as "“y tiiero- described in the said Schedide shall be for ever extinguished And

the land so enclosed shall and may absolutely free and clear of all rights of Avay thereover be used enjoyed alienated or othenvise dealt with by Her Majesty Her Heirs and Successors.

CouXTY of Argyle Parish of (foulbum City of Goulburn—That portion of Union-street Goulburn within tlio followiiif; boundarie.s :—Commeneing at the intersection of the eastern side of Union-street with tlie southern side of Murac-street and bounded thence on the east by the eastern side of Union-street soutlicrly eleven chains to AVilmot-street on the south by that street westerly one chain fifty links to the westeni side of Union-street on the west by the western side of that street northo'ly ele\en eliains to Murac-street and on the north by that street easterly one chain fifty links to the point of commeucemeut.
