1   Short title

This rule may be cited as the Uniform Civil Procedure (Notice of Intention to Apply for Grant) Amendment Rule 2017.

2   Commencement

This rule commences on the commencement of the Court and Civil Legislation Amendment Act 2017, section 252.

3   Rules amended

This rule amends the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999.

4   Amendment of r 599 (Requirements for notice of intention to apply for grant)

(1)Rule 599(1)(b), after ‘a statement’—
insert—

under the Trusts Act 1973, section 67

(2)Rule 599(2) and (3)—
omit.

(3)Rule 599(4), ‘also’—
omit.

(4)Rule 599(4) and (5)—
renumber as rule 599(2) and (3).
