B E it enacted by the King's :.M:ost Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. This Act may be cited as "The Unemployed Short title Workers Insurance Acts Amendment Act of 1936," and :~ : struction. shall be read as one with *"The Unemployed Workers Insurance Acts, 1922 to 1933 " (as amended by paragraph (iii.) of section twenty-four of t" The Financial Emergency Act of 1931 " and by Orders in Council), herein referred to as the Principal Act. The Principal Act and this Act may collectively ~ ollective be cited as "The Unemployed Workers Ins1lrance Acts, tltle. 1922 to 1936." Amendments of the Principal Act. 2. Paragraph (f) of subsection four of section Amendment fourteen of the Principal Act (being the paragraph Ite; ~ : f~ f beginning with the words "Notwithstanding anything" paragraph and ending with the words "the circumstances") is ias~~ tion 4. repealed. 3.
