X ) E it enacted by the K ing’s Most Excellent Majesty, _ D by and with the advice and consent of the Le"is- lativc Council and Legislative Assembly of Kew South W ales in Parliam ent assemhled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the “ Underclitfe to

Forest H ill Tramway Act, 1922.”

Work 2. The carrying out of tin ' Avork described in the

sanctioned. Schedule to this Act is hereby sanctioned.

The plan. 3. Tlie plan of the said Avork is the plan marked

“ UndcrclilTe to Forest H ill (Earlwood) TramAvay,” signed by the Eailway Commissioners for Kew South Wales, and countersigned by the Chief Engineer for Railway and Tramway Construction, and dej)osited in the office of the said Commissioners.

Cost, and

how to bf 4. The cost of carrying out the said work, estimated

defrayed. at tAvcnty-two thousand tlirce hundred and eighty pounds (exclusive of land resumptions), may he defrayed from such Loan Votes as are now or may hereafter he applicahie to the purpose, or from appropriations of the Public AVorks Fund, or partly from such votes and partly from such appropriations, and shall not under any circumstances exceed the estimated cost hy more than ten per centum.
