AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Unclaimed Moneys Ordinance 1950

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Adminis­ tration) Act 1910.

UNCLAIMED MONEYS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1978

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Unclaimed Moneys (Amend­

ment) Ordinance 1978.*

2. Section 4 of the Unclaimed Moneys Ordinance 1950f is

amended by omitting from sub-section (4) " Secretary to the Depart­ ment of F inance" and substituting " Secretary, Department of the Treasury,".
