To amend the Companies (Unclaimed Assets and Moneys)

Ordinance 1950-1966, as amended by the Unclaimed Moneys

Ordinance 1974.

the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910-1973.

UNCLAIMED MONEYS ORDINANCE (No. 2) 1974

1. (1 ) This Ordinance may be cited as the Unclaimed Moneys

Ordinance (No. 2) 1974.*
(2) Section 1 of the Unclaimed Moneys Ordinance 1974f is amen­ ded by omitting sub-section ( 3 ) .

(3 ) The Companies (Unclaimed Assets and Moneys) Ordinance

1950-1966,$ as amended by the Unclaimed Moneys Ordinance 1974 and by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Unclaimed Moneys Ordi­ nance 1950-1974.

2 . Section 3A of the Companies (Unclaimed Assets and	Moneys)

Ordinance 1950-1966, as amended by the Unclaimed Moneys Ordi­ nance 1974, is amended by inserting in sub-section ( 1 ) , after the word " person ", the words " who is an officer within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1922-1973 ".
