AN ACT to amend section two of the Unclaimed Moneys

Act, 1912.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Unclaimed Moneys Act Amendment Act, 1947, and shall be read as one with the Unclaimed Moneys Act, 1912, (No. 34 of 1912 as amended by No. 2 of 1924), hereinafter referred to as tIe principal Act.

Citation of 2. The principal Act as amended by this Act may be

Amendment of

Act No. 34 of 3. Section two of the principal Act is amended by

1912, s. 2.	inserting after paragraph (e) the following:

of 1924 S. 2. (f) A society registered under the Building Societies Act, 1920 (No. 20 of 1920), as amended by the Building Societies Act Amendment Act, 1921 (No. 16 of 1921).
