AN ACT to amend the Unclaimed Moneys Act, 1912.

[Assented to 3rd October, 1924.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1 This Act may be cited as the Unclaimed Moneys Act Short title.

Amendment Act, 1924, and shall be read as one with the Unclaimed Moneys Act, 1912, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2. The principal Act is amended as follows:—

(1.)

Section two thereof is amended by omitting para- 34 of 1012.

graph (f) in the interpretation of the word "company,"

that is to say

(f) the Government Savings Bank.

(2.)

The words "of minors," in section ten, are omit-

ted.

Sections thirty-two and thirty-three of the Gov- ernment Savings Bank Act, 1906, are re-enacted, and shall have effect as if those sections had not been repealed by section twelve of the principal Act.
