1 Came into operation 1 August 1987: reg. 2.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Unclaimed Goods Regulations, 1987.

2. These regulations will come into operation on 1 August, 1987.

3. In these regulations:

"the Act" means the Unclaimed Goods Act, 1987.

4. (1) For the purposes of section 5(2)(d)(ii) of the Act, a notice of request must be in the

form set out in Schedule A to these regulations.

(2) For the purposes of section 6(5)(b) of the Act, a notice of the time and place of a

proposed sale must be in the form set out in Schedule B to these regulations.
