Legislative history
1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the Unauthorised Documents Regulations 2001.
2—Commencement
These regulations will come into operation on 1 September 2001.
3—Revocation
The Unauthorised Documents Regulations 1988 (see Gazette 22.12.1988 p2153), as varied, are revoked.
4—Interpretation
In these regulations—
Act means the Unauthorised Documents Act 1916.
5—State Badge and official emblem (section 3A)
For the purposes of section 3A of the Act, the emblem of the piping shrike depicted in Schedule 1 is declared to be a State Badge and an official emblem of the State.
6—State commercial emblem (section 3B)
For the purposes of section 3B of the Act, the emblem of the piping shrike depicted in Schedule 2 is declared to be a State commercial emblem.
