AN ACT to amend the Unauthorised Documents
Act, 1961.
[Assented to 12th November, 1979.]
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
| 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Unauthorised Short title | and |
| Documents Act Amendment Act, 1979. | citation. |
| (2) | In this Act the Unauthorised Documents Act, Act No. 8 | of 1961. |
1961 is referred to as the principal Act.

Long title

by deleting the passage "the unauthorised use of the

Section 4

Section 5
Section 5 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the passage "Penalty: Fifty pounds." and substituting the passage "Penalty: Five hundred dollars.".
