1      Name of plan

This plan is Ulmarra Local Environmental Plan 1992 (Amendment

No 4).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to allow, with the consent of Clarence Valley Council, the subdivision of the land to which this plan applies into 4 lots and the erection of a dwelling-house on each vacant lot so created.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 1, DP 226501, Eastbank Road, Glenreagh.

4 Amendment of Ulmarra Local Environmental Plan 1992

Ulmarra Local Environmental Plan 1992 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.

Insert after clause 29:

29A

Additional development allowed on certain land

(1)

Despite any other provision of this plan, a person may, with development consent or (if specified) without development consent, carry out on land described in Column 1 of Schedule 6 any development specified in relation to that land in Column 2 of Schedule 6, subject to such conditions (if any) as may be so specified.

(2)

Subclause (1) does not affect the application, to or in respect of development to which that subclause applies, of such of the provisions of this plan as are not inconsistent with that subclause or with a consent granted in respect of the development.
