352 Twelfth Night Theatre and Commonwealth Games Acts Repeal Act 1984, No. 31 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title . This Act may be cited as the Twelfth Night Theatre and Commonwealth Games Acts Repeal Act 1984. 2. Repeal of Acts. The Acts specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed. 3. Vesting of Trust ' s property , etc. (1 ) On the commencement of this Act- (a) all property (including book debts) to which the Trust was entitled; and (b) all rights and liabilities to which the Trust was entitled or subject, immediately before that commencement shall vest in the Crown in right of the State and the Trust shall cease to exist. (2) In this section- the Trust " means the Twelfth Night Theatre Building Trust established and incorporated under the Twelfth Night TheatreBuilding Trust Act1977.
