1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 96).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land shown edged heavy red on the map marked “Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 96)” deposited in the office of Tweed Shire Council.
