1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 90).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to parts of Lots 315, 326 and 332, DP 1158142 and parts of Silkpod Avenue, Rous River Way and Coral Fern Circuit, Murwillumbah, as shown coloured scarlet and lettered “2 (a)” on the map marked “Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 90)” deposited in the office of Tweed Shire Council.
