Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 82)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 82).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to amend Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 to enable, with the consent of Tweed Shire Council, the land to which this plan applies to be developed for the purpose of a dwelling house.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land situated in the local government area of

Tweed, being Lot 2, DP 582869, Cavendish Road, Duroby.

4 Amendment of Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000

Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended by inserting at the end of Schedule 3 under the heading “Additional development permitted with development consent” the following words:

Lot 2, DP 582869, Cavendish Road,	Development for the purpose of a
Duroby	dwelling house.
