1 Name of plan
This plan is Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment
No 67).
2 Aims of plan
This plan aims to impose a condition on the erection of buildings on the land to which this plan applies so as:
| (a) | to restrict single dwelling-houses, integrated housing and multi-dwelling housing (but only if there are no more than 2 dwellings on any single allotment of land) to a maximum height limit of 2 storeys, and |
| (b) | to restrict any other kind of building to a maximum height limit of 3 storeys. |
3 Land to which plan applies
This plan applies to Lots 194, 301 and 312, DP 755701, Coast Road, South Kingscliff, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 67)” deposited in the office of the Tweed Shire Council.
4 Amendment of Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000
Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended as set out in
Schedule 1.
