Clause 1 Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 43)

1      Name of plan

This plan is Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 43).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to allow, with the consent of Tweed Shire Council, the erection of a dwelling house on the land to which this plan applies.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land situated in the area of Tweed, being Lot 1,

DP 1009372, Skyline Drive, Tweed Heads West.

4 Amendment of Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000

Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended by inserting at the end of Schedule 3 under the headings “Additional development permitted with development consent” and “Conditions”,

respectively, the following words:

Lot 1, DP 1009372,	Development	An application for consent made
Skyline Drive,	for the purpose	pursuant to this item must not be
Tweed Heads West	of a dwelling	granted unless the application is
house	made within 2 years after the commencement of Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 43)
