40)

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 40).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to amend the zone map supporting Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 in respect of the land to which this plan applies to remove the minimum area restriction of 1,200 square metres per allotment or site area per dwelling applying to the land (under clause 52 of the 2000 plan) to reflect the land capability, suitability and characteristics.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land within the local government area of Tweed, known as Black Rocks Estate, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 40)” deposited in the office of Tweed Shire Council.

4 Amendment of Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000

Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in Part 2 of Schedule 6 the following words:
