Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 16)

1     Name of plan

This plan is Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment

No 16).

2     Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies to partly Zone 1 (c) Rural Living and partly Zone 7 (a) Environmental Protection (Wetlands and Littoral Rainforests) under Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land situated in the local government area of Tweed, being part of Lots 15 and 30, DP 1017336, Piggabeen Road, Tweed Heads West, as shown edged heavy black and distinctly coloured on the map marked “Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 16)” deposited in the offices of Tweed Shire Council.

4 Amendment of Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000

Tweed Local Environmental Plan 2000 is amended by inserting in

appropriate order in Part 2 of Schedule 6 the following words:
