This Plan is Tumut Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 4).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land to which Tumut Local Environmental Plan

2012 applies—

(a)	Lots 1 and 3, DP 506932, Tumut Plains Road, Tumut,
(b)	Lot 1, DP 836586, Lot 4, DP 1251344, and Lots 2, 3 and 4, Section 62, DP 759004, Blowering Road, Tumut,
(c)	Lot 3, DP 1251344, Bundara Crescent, Tumut.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Tumut Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
