I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Tumut Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)

To the extent that this Plan rezones land and alters the lot size controls applying to

that land, this Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 409950, Lynch Street, Adelong.

(2)

To the extent that this Plan reclassifies land, this Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 361209, Lynch Street, Adelong,
(b)	Lot 1, DP 1163661, Capper Street, Tumut.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Tumut Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

[1]      Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Column 1 of Part 1.

Insert the following in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:
