1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Tumut Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

To the extent that this Plan corrects a cross-reference, this Plan applies to land to which Tumut Local Environmental Plan 2012 applies.

4 Amendment of Tumut Local Environmental Plan 2012

Clause 3.3 Environmentally sensitive areas excluded

Omit “clause 6.5” from clause 3.3 (2) (jb). Insert instead “clause 6.2”.
