1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Tumut Local Environmental Plan 1990 (Amendment

No 36).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 350, DP 757214, Tumbarumba Road, Batlow, as shown coloured light brown, edged heavy black and lettered “1 (b)” on the map marked “Tumut Local Environmental Plan 1990 (Amendment No 36)” deposited in the office of Tumut Shire Council.
