1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a decision of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Bromberg, Bromwich and McEvoy JJ) dismissing an appeal from the Federal Court of Australia (O'Callaghan J) where his application was summarily dismissed. The proposed appeal has no realistic prospects of success. The application for special leave to appeal should be refused.

2. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
